All prices are quoted in local currency and are subject to change without notice until a formal contract is signed.
Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts and typically include deposit requirements and milestone-based payments.
Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the contract.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Estimated project completion dates are approximations and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delays may occur due to weather conditions, material shortages, permit processing, or other factors beyond our control.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of significant delays and adjust timelines accordingly.
Extensions to project timelines do not automatically entitle clients to compensation unless specified in the contract.
We provide workmanship warranties as specified in individual project contracts.
Material warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers' terms and conditions.
Warranty claims must be reported within the specified warranty period and may require inspection.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Our liability under warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective work or materials.
Sanatan Construction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labour disputes, or government actions.
Clients are responsible for ensuring proper insurance coverage for their property during construction.
Either party may terminate a project contract according to the terms specified in the individual contract.
Cancellation fees may apply based on the project stage and work completed.
Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all completed work and materials purchased.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in case of breach of contract, non-payment, or threatening behaviour.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms specified in the project contract.
All designs, plans, and materials created by Sanatan Construction remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership transfers to the client.
Unless otherwise specified in the contract, clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals. We can assist with this process for an additional fee.
Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the construction site during agreed-upon working hours. Delays caused by lack of access may extend project timelines.
Any changes to the project scope must be approved in writing and may result in additional costs and timeline extensions.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal proceedings.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sanatan Construction operates.
